Egyptian White Kidney Beans

Egyptian white kidney beans (Phaseolus vulgaris) from Beheira are supplied whole and dried. Beheira, in the western Nile Delta, is a long-established growing area for the crop, and the material is bought principally by canners, ready-meal manufacturers and the retail packing trade.
