Our standard MOQ is 5 metric tons (MT) per product for sea freight shipments. For mixed containers, the total must reach at least 1 × 20ft FCL (~18–22 MT depending on product density). Smaller trial orders of 1–3 MT can be arranged on a case-by-case basis for new business relationships.

We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight, and Documentary Collection (D/P). Standard terms are 30% advance, 70% against copy of Bill of Lading. Flexible terms available for established partners.
We regularly trade under FOB Alexandria, CIF, CFR, and EXW (Fayoum warehouse). We can accommodate other Incoterms® 2020 terms upon request. See our Terms of Trade page for details.
Yes. While harvest seasons vary by product, we maintain strategic stock in climate-controlled warehouses to ensure year-round supply. We recommend forward contracts for peak-demand periods to guarantee allocation and pricing.
Yes. We offer complimentary 100–300g samples for qualified B2B buyers. Samples are prepared within 3–5 business days and shipped via international courier (DHL/FedEx). Freight costs are borne by the buyer or deducted from the first order. See our Samples Policy for full details.
You can request up to 5 different product samples in a single shipment. Additional samples can be arranged upon request. Each sample comes with a corresponding Certificate of Analysis (CoA).
Every batch undergoes rigorous quality control including microbiological testing, pesticide residue analysis, heavy metal screening, and moisture content verification. We follow ISO 22000 and HACCP protocols throughout the entire supply chain — from farm to port.
Our herbs are dried to 8–12% moisture content depending on the product type, meeting international standards (ASTA, ESA). Custom moisture specifications can be accommodated upon request.
Our standard products are non-irradiated and rely on steam sterilization when microbial reduction is required. Irradiated options can be arranged upon specific buyer request and regulatory requirements.
Properly stored dried herbs and spices have a shelf life of 18–24 months from the date of packaging. Seeds and whole spices may last up to 36 months. Storage conditions: cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight.
Absolutely. We welcome third-party inspections from SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or any accredited agency. Pre-shipment inspection can be arranged at the buyer's request and cost.
We have a transparent claims procedure. Buyers must notify us within 14 days of goods arrival with photographic evidence and third-party lab reports. We resolve claims through replacement, credit notes, or mutually agreed solutions.
Production and packing typically take 7–14 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping time depends on the destination: 12–18 days to European ports, 20–30 days to East Asia, and 18–25 days to North/South America.
Our primary export port is Alexandria Port, Egypt. We can also arrange shipments from Damietta or Port Said upon request, depending on shipping line availability and destination.

Yes. We regularly ship mixed containers with multiple products in a single FCL. This is ideal for importers wanting to test several products or manage diverse inventory needs. Our logistics team optimizes container loading for maximum efficiency.
Standard options include 10kg, 12.5kg, 20kg, and 25kg PP woven bags or multi-wall paper bags. We also offer vacuum-sealed bags, cartons with poly liners, and big bags (500kg–1MT) for industrial buyers. Custom packaging available upon request.
Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM services including custom labels, branded packaging, and private-label solutions. Minimum 1 FCL per SKU for custom packaging orders. Design support available from our in-house team.

We provide a complete documentation package: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Health Certificate, Fumigation Certificate, and all relevant quality certificates (ISO, HACCP, FDA, Halal).
Yes. HS Herbs is GACC-ready and can provide all documentation required for import into China, including CIQ inspection certificates and Chinese-language labeling compliance. Visit our China Market page for details.
