Egyptian Fenugreek

Egyptian fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) from Upper Egypt is supplied as whole seeds and powder. Fenugreek is unusual in serving three quite different markets — culinary, nutraceutical and feed — and the specification that matters differs sharply between them, so an enquiry should state the intended use.
