Egyptian thyme (Thymus vulgaris L.) from the rugged highlands of the Sinai Peninsula is valued worldwide for its high thymol concentration and robust aromatic profile. The dry, rocky terrain and intense sunlight of Sinai stress the plants into producing exceptionally potent essential oils, with thymol levels that routinely exceed 40% of the volatile fraction — a benchmark of premium quality.

HS Herbs offers thyme in multiple forms: cut-and-sifted, rubbed (de-stemmed and lightly crushed), and fine powder.
