Egyptian garlic (Allium sativum L.) from the fertile Nile Delta is world-renowned for its pungent aroma, high allicin potential, and consistent quality. Egypt is one of the world's largest garlic producers, and Delta-grown garlic benefits from nutrient-rich alluvial soils, abundant irrigation, and a mild climate that produces cloves with intense flavor and high dry-matter content — ideal for dehydration.

HS Herbs supplies dehydrated garlic in flake, granule, and powder forms. Our garlic is processed through controlled-temperature dehydration systems that preserve the allicin precursors and characteristic pungent flavor. Products are available in multiple mesh sizes (8–16, 16–26, 26–40, 40–80, 100+) and toasted variants. Each batch is tested for allicin potential, moisture, color, and microbiology.
