Upper Egypt Coriander Excellence

Egyptian coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.) grown in Upper Egypt is celebrated for its sweet, citrusy aroma and high linalool content in the essential oil fraction. Egypt is one of the world's major coriander exporters, and the warm, dry conditions of the Upper Egyptian growing belt produce seeds with consistently high oil yields and the characteristic round, medium-sized morphology preferred by international spice markets.

HS Herbs supplies whole and ground coriander seeds, cleaned through multi-stage aspiration and gravity tables to achieve high purity. Seeds are graded by size, color, and oil content.
